Une grande partie de ces biens appartient \u00e0 des Marocains r\u00e9sidant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (MRE), qui ne les occupent que de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle, principalement lors de leurs s\u00e9jours au Royaume. Certains appellent \u00e0 un examen approfondi de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de ces appartements, notamment ceux construits dans le cadre de programmes de logement \u00e9conomique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de subventions publiques.
